On the platform you have accessed, and in relation to our product, we comply with the regulations established by the National Government of Colombia through the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, the Ministry of Justice and Law, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and other competent entities governing the cultivation, harvesting, production, transformation, processing, distribution, and custody of cannabis raw materials for medical and scientific purposes. Specifically:
- Definitions of small and medium-sized producers, including those eligible for benefits.
- Technical requirements and fees associated with cultivating the plant and transforming it into phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicinal products.
- Security protocols required for facilities conducting cannabis research and processing.
- Requirements for serving as the technical director of such facilities.
- Conditions for transportation and maximum authorized processing quantities.
- Technical regulations regarding the evaluation and monitoring of license modalities.
Additionally, in adherence to U.S. legislation, we ensure compliance with the provisions outlined in the document entitled Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) for Medical Cannabis from the cannabis supplier.
